About Using 'Matsumoto Concierge'
This document outlines the terms of use for "Matsumoto Concierge" ("the Service"), provided by the Digital Matsumoto Citizens (Matsumoto Fan) Castle Town Revitalization Project ("the Project").
By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

1. Service Description
This Service uses AI technology to provide information and answer questions about restaurants in Matsumoto.
This Service was developed as part of DigiMAT (Digital City Matsumoto Promotion Organization) FY2025 Social Demonstration Project and is available for a limited time (scheduled until the end of February 2026). Please refer to the Matsumoto Concierge website for details.

2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited for users:
- Activities that violate laws or public morals
- Activities that interfere with the operation of this Service
- Activities that infringe on the rights or interests of others
- Entering false information
- Inappropriate prompts to AI or questions that encourage illegal activities
3. Disclaimer
This Service uses LLM (Large Language Model) technology, and responses may not always be accurate. While the Project strives to improve response accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by the responses. The same applies to any disadvantages caused by system failures, communication issues, or errors in AI output.
4. Service Changes and Suspension
The Project may change, temporarily suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to text, images, AI models, etc. associated with this Service belong to the Project or their legitimate rights holders.
6. Handling of User Information
The handling of user information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
7. Amendments to These Terms
The Project may amend these terms as necessary, and any amendments will be announced through methods determined by the Project.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
